Service Description
Ministry Leadership Coaching is tailored for pastors, clergy, church elders, and ministry leadership teams. Nancy provides confidential, bible-based services designed to support pastoral soul care, improve decision making skills, equip ministry leaders with basic counseling and interpersonal skills, and deliver biblical guidance for confronting sin and resolving conflict. Unlike mentoring and counseling (which focus on giving advice and healing the past), Christian Leadership coaching focuses on equipping spiritual leaders to meet the challenges of ministry - whether within traditional church settings, house churches, or unconventional faith communities.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will need to do so 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hour cancellations or no shows result in a $50 rescheduling or cancellation fee.
