Identity-based coaching is a rapidly growing field supported by Scripture and based in neuroscience and positive psychology. In this 12-week coaching intensive, you will: • receive personalized feedback that is biblically-based and clinically sound • participate in interactive and thought-provoking discussions • engage in exercises designed to identify the limiting beliefs that hold you back • discover your unique temperament • identify action steps for continued growth • explore and define your core values and beliefs • learn how to transform your life by aligning your beliefs with the Word of God Course Curriculum (1-hr sessions): · Session One: Intro / Body, Soul, Spirit / 3 Voices / Triad of Belonging / Beliefs Assessment · Session Two: Processing Styles: black dog/white dog, thinker/feeler, internal/external, big picture/detail-oriented · Session Three: Behavioral/Temperament (Part One) · Session Four: Behavioral/Temperament Assessment (Part Two) · Session Five: Codependent Relationships: Assessment & Discussion · Session Six: Establishing Your Priorities · Session Seven: Spiritual Wellness Inventory: Part One · Session Eight: Spiritual Wellness Inventory: Part Two · Session Nine: Scary Things: Does Fear Have a Hold on You? · Session Ten: Depression & Anxiety: Assessment & Healing Strategies · Session Eleven: The Courage to Change · Session Twelve: Tips for Moving Forward, Wrap up & Review Additional topics available @ $200/session As a certified Coach, it is my pleasure to assist you in identifying your unique talents, your areas of strength, and your areas of vulnerability.
