Through one-on-one coaching sessions, leadership assessments, and targeted development strategies, an executive coach helps leaders strengthen communication, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and team leadership. Executive coaching promotes greater self-awareness, accountability, and resilience—resulting in stronger leaders, healthier teams, and improved organizational performance. With more than two decades of Executive Coaching experience, Nancy's previous clients include judges, federal law enforcement officials, military leaders, educators, medical providers, ministry leaders, attorneys, and business owners.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you will need to do so 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hour cancellations or no shows result in a $50 rescheduling or cancellation fee.
